Mad Bee Collective is a modern beverage platform and brand-building company, founded by Lindsay and Nick Sutcliffe. The company owns and operates Pommies Cider and Starmount; complementary brands in the alcohol and functional categories.

We create beverages with a simple philosophy: Using all natural ingredients should never mean compromising on taste.

Our approach is grounded in experience. Having helped shape the early craft cider movement in 2010 through Pommies, we’ve spent years building brands from the ground up, learning what drives real connection with consumers, and what keeps them coming back. That perspective continues to guide everything we do today.

At Mad Bee, innovation is at the root of everything we do. We drive emerging categories, where there’s an opportunity to bring clarity, quality, and a better customer experience. With Starmount, that means rethinking functional beverages; taking something often complex or compromised, and making it feel simple, refined, and genuinely enjoyable.
